1. Warrantor

2. Scope of the warranty
LUCA provides a free five-year durability warranty on all products sold under the LUCA brand.
The warranty covers the entire product, including the leather, stitching, closures, joins and all other components.
We warrant that, under normal and intended use, our products will retain their required functions and performance characteristics throughout the warranty period.
If a durability defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, you are entitled to a free remedy by repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will cover all costs required for the remedy, in particular transport, labor and material costs.
3. Natural leather – a material with character
Leather is a natural product. Through touch, light and everyday use, it develops its own individual patina over time.
This natural development is part of the character of fine leather goods and makes every LUCA product unique.
Normal changes in color, sheen and surface texture that do not affect the required function and durability of the product do not, in themselves, constitute a durability defect.
This does not affect any claims arising from actual defects in material, workmanship or durability.
4. Warranty period and territorial scope
The manufacturer's warranty applies for a period of five years from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
The warranty applies worldwide and covers all LUCA products.
The warranty is provided at no additional cost and does not require a separate warranty agreement.
5. Making a warranty claim
If a defect occurs in your LUCA product during the warranty period, please contact our customer service:
If possible, please include the following information:
Your name and contact details
The product name
Your order number or other proof of purchase, if available
A short description of the defect
Clear photos, if possible
We will review your request and let you know the next steps.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, the necessary repair or replacement will be provided free of charge. LUCA will cover the required shipping and transport costs.
6. Statutory warranty rights
Your statutory rights against the seller in the event of defects exist independently of this voluntary manufacturer's warranty.
Statutory warranty rights can be exercised free of charge and are neither limited nor replaced by this warranty.
Your statutory rights apply regardless of whether a claim is made under the manufacturer's warranty.
